Job Title: Accountant / Bookkeeper

Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting activities. The candidate should have good working knowledge of Excel and practical experience in maintaining accounts.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain complete books of accounts (day-to-day bookkeeping)
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments
• Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance
• Prepare basic financial statements and reports
• Manage invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents
• GST data preparation and coordination (if applicable)
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and/or accounting software
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or relevant field (preferred)
• Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance (preferred)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently
• Experience:1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting preferred
