🔧 Job Title: 4-Wheeler Technician (Ashok Leyland)

📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced 4-Wheeler Technician with hands-on expertise in servicing and repairing Ashok Leyland vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and servicing of commercial vehicles

• Diagnose engine, transmission, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Repair and replace defective parts (engine components, brakes, suspension, etc.)
• Handle vehicle inspection and fault diagnosis using tools/equipment
• Conduct road tests after repairs to ensure performance
• Maintain proper job cards and service records
• Ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Managers

🧰 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical and ECU systems
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

🎓 Education & Qualification

• ITI (Motor Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic)

or

• Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering

💼 Work Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in servicing commercial vehicles
• Experience with Ashok Leyland vehicles preferred
