CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

• Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, and customers for order updates,

feedback, and relationship building.

• Handling Inbound Calls regarding product information, complaints, or service requests.

• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and update records.

• Analyze customer data and provide reports and insights to the management.

• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to track and update order status.

• Inform customers about delivery schedules, or changes.
