Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Answer customer queries and provide correct information
- Maintain customer database and records in CRM/excel
- Follow up on leads regularly and achieve daily/weekly targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle objections politely and professionally
- Prepare daily call reports and share with team/manager
- Required Skills Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel / CRM)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Active listening and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work with targets
