We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Housekeeping Manager to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our entire factory campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure cleanliness of canteen, shopfloor, washrooms, roads & office areas

  •  Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain discipline

  •  Implement and monitor cleaning SOPs & schedules

  •  Maintain hygiene standards and ensure zero complaints

  •  Manage cleaning materials and waste disposal

  •  Report maintenance issues (leakage, drainage, repairs)

  •  Experience in factory / industrial housekeeping management

  •  Strong supervision and discipline skills

  •  Practical, hands-on approach

  •  Ability to manage team and maintain records
