About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Engineer to drive international sales and build strong global customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate export leads and develop new international markets

* Handle international clients and maintain long-term relationships

* Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts effectively

* Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth execution

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Knowledge of HVAC products and industrial equipment

* Understanding of international trade processes

* Market research and distributor development skills

* Target-driven and customer-focused approach

Experience:

Minimum 4+ years in Export Sales / International Business Development

Education:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred

(Experienced candidates from sales background will also be considered)

Work Type:

Full-time | 6 Days Working

Reporting To:

Managing Director

Salary:

Up to ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable, based on interview performance)
