Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Design and implement robust inventory tracking systems to maintain real-time accuracy across all storage locations.
• Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to predict future stock needs and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Supplier Management: Coordinate with procurement and vendors to streamline lead times and evaluate supplier performance via scorecards (On-Time Delivery, Quality, etc.).
• Auditing: Lead regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to reconcile system data with physical stock.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement "Lean" or "Kaizen" principles to increase warehouse efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for upper management on inventory turnover, fill rates, and obsolete stock.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and precision.
