Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser responsible for managing orders, coordinating with buyers, and ensuring smooth production and timely delivery. The candidate will handle product development, costing, and communication between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers regarding product requirements, specifications, and timelines
• Manage order processing from development to final delivery
• Follow up with production team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Monitor product quality and ensure it meets buyer requirements
• Prepare costing and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain order tracking and update management regularly
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and logistics departments
• Ensure proper documentation for orders and shipments
• Handle sample development and approvals from buyers
• Monitor inventory and material availability
• Resolve production or delivery issues promptly
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors
