Key Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate daily tool room activities including tool manufacturing, maintenance, and repair.

·      Plan and schedule tool maintenance and calibration to avoid production downtime.

·      Monitor tool performance and ensure tools meet dimensional and quality requirements.

·      Work closely with production, design, and quality teams to resolve tool-related issues.

·      Maintain tool inventory and ensure proper documentation of tool history, usage, and life.

·      Implement process improvements to enhance tool life, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
