Purchase & Sale Planning Or Customer Coordination

Manage daily dispatch planning and ensure all orders are prepared and sent on time.

• Check stock and raw material availability and update the team on shortages.

• Coordinate with customers for order updates, confirmations, and dispatch details.

• Follow instructions and execute any task assigned related to sales, operations, or coordination.

• Handle payment follow-ups with existing clients as per timelines.

• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment status and updates.

• Maintain and update key accounts with their order volumes, pending orders, and requirements.

• Track ongoing orders and ensure smooth communication between production, dispatch, and customers.

• Maintain basic records of orders, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.

• Support the sales pipeline by assisting with lead updates, quotations, and follow-ups when required.
