Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/software.
- Support field sales team with documentation and coordination.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer meetings.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
