Secretary / Executive Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can efficiently manage the operations, coordinate with internal teams. The candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the calendar, meetings, and travel schedules.

* Act as a point of contact between the MD, clients, and internal teams.

* Handle sales discussions and customer interactions on behalf of the MD when required.

* Follow up with sales teams and key clients for business opportunities and updates.

* Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and business documents for management meetings.

* Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business tasks.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

* Track important projects and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned.

* Manage communication including emails, calls, and official correspondence.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good understanding of client management

* Excellent organizational and multitasking ability

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
