Strategic Calendar & Schedule Management Communication

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize meeting requests and ensure executive is well-prepared.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports. Act as a gatekeeper for internal and external communication.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Arrange domestic travel, accommodations, itineraries, and manage expense reporting.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects and initiatives.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
• Maintain files, track documents, and perform general office duties as required.
• Act as a Bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
