Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the HR Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and
travel.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and employee information.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation and tracking
checklists.
• Serve as a point of contact between the HR Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft HR communications, memos, and announcements.
• Generate HR reports and assist with data entry and analysis using HRIS or spreadsheets.
