Senior Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Manager – Banking, Finance & Accounts* to oversee financial operations, banking activities, and accounting processes within a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and reporting, along with hands-on experience in manufacturing industry practices.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Banking & Treasury Management*

* Handle daily banking operations, fund management, and cash flow planning

* Coordinate with banks for CC/OD limits, term loans, and other financial facilities

* Manage LC, BG, and other trade finance instruments

* Monitor working capital and ensure optimal utilization

*2. Accounts & Financial Management*

* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions

* Ensure timely book closure (monthly/quarterly/yearly)

* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis

* Maintain accuracy of financial records and internal controls

*3. Compliance & Taxation*

* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations

* Coordinate with auditors (internal & external) for audits and assessments

* Manage statutory filings and documentation

*4. Budgeting & Cost Control*

* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports

* Analyze production costs, overheads, and profitability

* Implement cost control measures in coordination with production team

*5. Team Handling & Coordination*

* Lead and manage accounts team

* Coordinate with procurement, production, and management for financial insights

* Support management in strategic financial decision-making

### *Key Requirements:*

* Qualification: CA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com

* Strong knowledge of *manufacturing accounting & inventory management*

* Experience with *accounting software*

* Good understanding of *banking procedures and financial instruments*

* Strong analytical and leadership skills

### *Preferred Candidate Profile:*

* Prior experience in *manufacturing industry is mandatory/preferred*

* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

* Strong communication and coordination skills
