About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sr. Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales operations and client relationships.

This role requires a professional who can manage the complete sales cycle, understand technical requirements, and build long-term trust with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing clients to ensure strong engagement

• Identify explicit needs and uncover hidden pain points to offer deeper solutions

• Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements

• Resolve technical queries promptly to build engineering credibility

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to deal closure

• Review quotations and negotiate contracts for win-win outcomes

• Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of blowers and industrial equipment

• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

• Solution-based selling approach

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Sheets

Experience:Minimum 3–5 years in industrial sales coordination / equipment sales

Education:MBA – Marketing preferred / Any Graduate

Work Type:Full-time | 6 days a week

Reporting To:Business Head / Director

Salary:₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
