Job Summary

Part of the Everest group, candidates will lead Machine shop for Production, to produce the best quality product. Also control the tool life & cost of manufacturing blowers. Also improve the daily productivity OEE targets by minimize the 16 Losses.

Responsibilities

1. Manpower handling at M/C shop
2. Knowledge of CNC/VMC Machines
3. Knowledge of CNC/VMC Machine programming
4. Knowledge of SAP software
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
6. Capable of handling 3 shifts
7. Knowledge of 7QC Tools
8. Knowledge of computer for data entry
9. Knowledge of Tooling selection on machines
10. Well versed with problem solving tool on machines
11. Knowledge of 5'S & safety for shop floor
