📝 Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee inventory management, store operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the store. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient material handling.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall store operations and inventory control

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
• Monitor inward & outward material movement
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and availability
• Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks
• Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock register, invoices)
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and workshop teams
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

🧰 Required SkillsStrong knowledge of inventory management systems

• Experience in Tally ERP / inventory software
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy

🎓 Education & QualificationGraduate (any stream)

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Inventory Management (preferred)

💼 Work ExperienceMinimum 3–6 years of experience as Store Keeper / Store Manager

• Experience in automobile or warehouse industry preferred
