Telesales Executive

Job Description:

Vrinda Fire is looking for a smart and organized Female telesales executive who can handle office clerical work and generate sales through calling existing and new customers in B2B and B2C segments. The role includes customer coordination, sales follow-ups, and basic office documentation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Existing customers ko call karke relationship maintain karna

• Old customers se repeat orders generate karna

• New customers ko cold calling se approach karna

• B2B aur B2C sales leads generate karna

• Customer enquiries handle karna

• Quotations aur basic documentation prepare karna

• Order follow-ups aur payment follow-ups

• Daily calling reports maintain karna

• WhatsApp enquiries handle karna

• Basic office clerical work manage karna

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years (Telecalling / Sales preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

• Female candidate preferred
