Salary:

₹ 35,000 – ₹ 60,000 per month (Fixed)

• Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
• Lead HR restructuring initiatives to improve organizational efficiency
• Manage employee performance appraisals and annual review processes
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR documentation
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
• Support leadership with HR strategy, manpower planning, and succession planning
• Eligibility:Postgraduate degree in HR, MBA (HR), or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, Recruitment & Staffing
• Strong knowledge of HR policy creation, implementation, and appraisal systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
