HR Recruiter

To manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all departments across factory, showroom, and corporate teams — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring the right talent is hired in the fastest and most efficient way possible.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing

• Identify hiring needs across departments in coordination with HR and functional heads.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal references, and field visits if required.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for regular factory and sales roles.

1. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Match candidate profiles with job descriptions and skill requirements.

1. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads or managers.
• Maintain interview feedback records and follow up for decisions.

1. Offer & Onboarding

• Draft offer letters and send out joining instructions.
• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and handover to HR operations.

1. Process Discipline

• Maintain up-to-date hiring trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure all steps follow internal approval workflows and policy guidelines.

1. Employer Branding

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with candidates.
• Assist in updating careers page, social media job postings, and internal hiring campaigns.

Performance Expectations:

• Quick closure of open positions with minimum TAT.
• High offer-to-join ratio.
• Accurate records and smooth handover to HR team.
• Professional candidate experience and communication at all times.
