Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role also involves coordinating training sessions for new hires and ensuring effective hiring practices align with the organizational goals. Delivering exceptional candidate experience and supporting initiatives to streamline recruitment processes are also key responsibilities of the role.

 Qualifications

Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes

Experience in Training and onboarding new hires

Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members and candidates

Familiarity with recruitment tools, tracking systems, and industry best practices

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in security services or a related field
