Job Title: Multi-Cuisine Cook (Indian, Chinese & Fast Food)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Competitive salary based on experience (plus incentives and meals)Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Cook who can prepare a variety of dishes including Indian, Chinese, and Fast Food items. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a professional kitchen, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring hygiene standards. The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting in menu planning when required.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a variety of Indian, Chinese, and fast food dishes.Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.Manage ingredient preparation, chopping, marination, and cooking efficiently.Monitor inventory of kitchen supplies and inform management about shortages.Ensure proper storage of food items as per safety guidelines.Work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple orders simultaneously.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking stations.Assist in menu development and new dish suggestions if required.Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a cook/chef in restaurants, cafes, or hotels.Good knowledge of Indian cuisine, Chinese dishes, and fast food preparation.Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Good time management and teamwork skills.Ability to handle tandoor, wok, and fast-food equipment is preferred.Preferred Skills:Experience in multi-cuisine cooking.Knowledge of kitchen inventory management.Ability to maintain taste consistency and portion control.Benefits:Competitive salaryStaff mealsFriendly work environmentGrowth opportunities.
