Job Description (Short & Effective)We are looking for a Territory Collection Manager with 4+ years of experience in 2-Wheeler loan collections, specifically handling hard bucket cases. The candidate will be responsible for managing field collection activities, driving recovery targets, supervising collection executives, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage 2-wheeler loan collections for hard bucket customers.
• Lead and monitor field collection teams.
• Ensure achievement of monthly recovery targets.
• Conduct field visits and handle escalated cases.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth collection operations.
• Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of experience in 2-wheeler or consumer loan collections.
• Strong knowledge of local geography (Banswara & nearby areas).
• Experience in hard bucket collections is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation & team-handling skills.
• Ready for extensive field work.
