Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing and self-driven Field Sales Manager to lead sales of Solar Power Projects across Commercial, Industrial, and Residential segments.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads from scratch, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing deals. Monthly sales targets will be allocated based on the territory potential.


Candidates with prior experience in Solar Project Sales or Genset (DG) Sales will be given preference. Attractive incentives will be offered for successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
  • Driving Sales cycle from Lead generation to sales closure
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, consultants, and key industry stakeholders to drive growth.



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Solar Project Sales (preferably in C&I segment) or Genset (DG) Sales.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive for results
