CareGiver - CG (Un-Skilled Category)

Requirements:

·           Past experience – 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling children/ Preschool/ day care experience preferred.

·           Required Skills: Engaging & Disciplining a Child, Diaper Changing​, Feeding​ & Baby food formula, Manage Naptime, Nature walks , Bathing, Body Massage (Infants & Toddlers) 

·           Good personal hygiene, Pleasant personality, Willing to work with kids, Polite and patient

·           Dedicated Smart Phone is mandatory

·           Hiring Age Group :: 18+ years and up to 45 years

·           Language: Kannada/English/Hindi/Telugu/Tamil (prefer candidates with multiple linguistic)

·           Candidates should be ready to go to parents house every day to give services. Parents house will be within 10-12 KM radius from candidate house.

Desirable:

·           Having own two wheelers will be an advantage.

·           Any training related to first aid, nursing

 Salary & Benefits:

·           Salary Range (CTC/ Month): 15K to 17K

·           Allowances : Rs 75/- per working day ( applicable only for Kare @Home program)

·           Statutory Benefits: ESIC , PF , Bonus, 15 Lakhs of Group Accidental Insurance , Covid-19 Insurance

·           Employees will be hired on KLAY payroll & will be permanent employees

·           Working hours : 9hrs/ day including break (6days working)

·           Week-off: Sunday

Mandatory Documents:

·           E-Aadhar card with full DOB- DD/ MM/YYYY downloaded in past 7 days

·           PAN Card

·           Bank Account

·           Any 1 Address Proof – Affidavit from Notary/ rental agreement/Aadhar Card / Driving Licence / Passport

·           Certificates of educational qualification if any

·           Reference nos and names of previous employer

 (Note: address proof can be considered with husband name if married & father name in case single)
