Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEducational CounsellingCounsel students and parents about courses, career options, eligibility, and fees
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
  • Follow up with interested students until admission completion
  • Sales & AdmissionsConvert leads into successful admissions
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
  • Explain course benefits, curriculum, internships, and placement support
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Support & CoordinationAssist students with admission forms and documentation
  • Coordinate with academic and admin teams
  • Provide post-admission support and basic student guidance
  • Resolve basic student or parent queries professionally
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
  • Convincing and counselling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Sales-oriented and student-friendly approach
  • Ability to handle pressure and targets
