Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesEducational CounsellingCounsel students and parents about courses, career options, eligibility, and fees
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Follow up with interested students until admission completion
- Sales & AdmissionsConvert leads into successful admissions
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Explain course benefits, curriculum, internships, and placement support
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Support & CoordinationAssist students with admission forms and documentation
- Coordinate with academic and admin teams
- Provide post-admission support and basic student guidance
- Resolve basic student or parent queries professionally
- Required SkillsGood communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Convincing and counselling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Sales-oriented and student-friendly approach
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
