Role Overview : Assistant Engineers

An Assistant Engineer is responsible for site visits, tool handling, workspace cleanup, support store operations and maintain hygiene standards at the service centre. The role ensures smooth execution of technical tasks, organized inventory management, and a clean, safe environment for both customers and staff.

Roles and responsibilities

Handle first-level service calls, including demonstrations and preventive maintenance, as required.

Attend customer site visits alongside technicians to support service activities

Assist technicians in completing service tasks efficiently and ensure proper cleanup of the work area.

Support store operations by organizing spare parts, conducting cycle counts, packing defective items, and managing labelling

Maintain overall hygiene and cleanliness of the DSC facility.

Requirements

Experience: Fresher/1 year Experience

Education : ITI Certification/ HSC
