We are hiring an Admin & HR Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day HR operations and administration of 8–9 PMBJK (Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra) retail stores.

The role involves store operations monitoring, employee attendance, sales tracking, purchase coordination, and supporting HR payroll and operations.


πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities


PMBJK Retail Store Management

  • Monitor daily operations of 8–9 Jan Aushadhi retail stores
  • Track daily store sales, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Maintain store-wise attendance of employees
  • Coordinate purchase orders, stock requirements, and replenishment
  • Ensure smooth store functioning and adherence to PMBJK guidelines
  • Coordinate with store staff for operational issues and reporting


HR & Payroll Support

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist in salary preparation and payroll coordination
  • Support HR operations including onboarding documentation
  • Maintain employee records and basic HR compliance


Admin & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using Excel
  • Coordinate between stores, accounts, and management
  • Handle administrative follow-ups and documentation




Required Skills & Eligibility

  • Experience in retail operations, admin, or HR preferred
  • Exposure to pharmacy / PMBJK / retail store operations is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple stores and staff coordination
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible


Job Location

  • Office-based role with regular coordination with PMBJK retail stores
  • Candidate should be location flexible


Job Type: Full-Time

Admin + HR + Retail Operations

Working Hours: 9–10 hours per day

Weekly Off as per company policy

Salary: 9,000- 14,000 (to be discussed during interview)
