Job Description: Business Development Manager (Manpower Services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, identify new markets, and generate leads for temporary, permanent, or contract staffing.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Contact potential clients, build rapport, understand their unique staffing requirements, and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities in the staffing sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery that meets client needs.
• Pipeline & Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress using CRM software, and report on performance metrics to senior management.
• Industry Presence: Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
• Deep understanding of the company's service offerings and the competitive landscape.
