CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

Receive and record customer orders accurately.

Verify order details including quantity, specifications, delivery timelines, and artwork.

Coordinate with the production team to schedule jobs as per delivery commitments.

Track order status from production to dispatch.

2. Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders.

Provide regular updates to clients regarding production and delivery status.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for dispatch.

Ensure proper packing, documentation, and dispatch planning.

Track deliveries and confirm receipt with customers.

Resolve any delivery delays or transportation issues.

4. Payment Follow-up & Collections

Review customer outstanding ledgers regularly in coordination with the accounts department.

Follow up with clients for pending payments and ensure timely collection.

Maintain records of payment commitments received from clients.

Inform management about overdue payments and potential risks.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch details, and client communications.

Prepare order status reports, dispatch reports, and collection reports.

Coordinate with accounts for billing and invoice documentation.
