Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Medicine Purchase Executive to manage procurement of branded and generic medicines for our distribution and retail operations. The role requires hands-on experience in Pharma purchasing, vendor coordination, and rate negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end medicine purchasing operations
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
• Coordinate with manufacturers, stockists, and distributors
• Negotiate rates, schemes, and credit terms
• Ensure uninterrupted availability of medicines
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and GRNs
• Track pending orders and follow up on deliveries
• Maintain and update purchase data in MS Excel
• Coordinate with warehouse and retail stores for demand planning

Mandatory Eligibility (Experienced Only) Minimum 2–5 years experience in pharma medicine purchase

• Prior experience in generic / branded medicine procurement is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of medicine compositions and substitutes
• Hands-on experience with vendor negotiation and purchase planning
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in pharma distribution or retail pharmacy preferred

• Job Location : Office-based role
• Occasional coordination with stores/warehouse
• Working Hours9–10 hours per day
• Weekly off as per company policy

Salary: Best in industry – based on experience and skill level
