RACW Instructor / AC Refrigerator Trainer

We are hiring an Instructor – Junior RACW Mechanic for a technical training institute.

The role involves teaching and practical training in refrigeration, air conditioning, and washing machine systems, along with supporting student mobilization activities.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Take theory and practical classes
• Train students in:
• Air Conditioner servicing
• Refrigerator servicing
• Washing Machine repair
• Demonstrate tools, safety practices, and troubleshooting
• Maintain training lab and equipment
• Support student counseling and mobilization
• Assist in batch formation and admissions support

🎓 Qualification RequiredAny one of the following:

• B.E / B.Tech (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical)
• Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical)
• ITI – Electronics Mechanic

👨‍🔧 Experience Required:

• BE / B.Tech: Minimum 2 years
• Diploma / ITI: Minimum 3 years
