Shop Assistant

Job Summary - KHASTA NASTA ( A Franchise of CAKER MONE - A Unit of GANGURAMS )

The Support Staff is responsible for assisting in daily operations of the cake shop, ensuring cleanliness, smooth customer service support, and timely handling of basic shop activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the shop, kitchen area, and display counters
• Support in arranging and refilling cake displays and bakery items
• Help in basic packaging of cakes, pastries, and other products
• Assist delivery staff in order preparation and dispatch
• Handle basic customer queries politely and guide them to sales staff
• Support in receiving and organizing raw materials and supplies
• Ensure proper storage of items as per instructions
• Help in managing waste disposal and maintaining sanitation standards
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager
• Skills & Requirements:Basic communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit for standing and handling light lifting tasks
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Educational Qualification:Minimum: 10th Pass (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience:Fresher or 0–1 year experience in bakery/retail/food service preferred
