Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- :Acquire and manage high-net-worth and retail clients for wealth management services
- Understand clients’ financial goals and risk profiles to provide suitable investment solutions
- Advise clients on financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, PMS, and other investment instruments
- Build long-term relationships through regular reviews and portfolio monitoring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
- Achieve revenue and AUM (Assets Under Management) targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client transactions
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
- Goal-oriented with strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic financial analysis
- Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Relevant certifications (AMFI, IRDA, NISM) will be an added advantage
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in wealth management, relationship management, or financial advisory roles
- Client-focused with high ethical standards
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
