Job Description
Job Title: Field Collection Executive
Location: Bardhman, West Bengal
Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed)
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- Job Responsibilities:Visit assigned customers for collection of pending payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue amounts.
- Maintain daily collection records and submit reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely recovery of dues as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the backend team for updates on collections.
- Handle customer queries related to payments professionally.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Should be willing to work in the field.
- Must have a two-wheeler (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
