Educational Qualification

· Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board.

Required Skills

· Basic computer knowledge

· Minimum typing speed of 10 WPM

· Good communication skills Well Known of Bengali Language

· Handle inbound and outbound calls to interact with customers.

· Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during calls.
