Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, handling TDS and payroll, and supporting the organization with timely financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and summaries on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations, including timely TDS calculation, deduction, filing, and payment.
• Implement and monitor accounting systems, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in budget preparation, audit coordination, and provide administrative and financial support as required.
• Maintain accurate financial data entry and records using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Handle invoice filing, documentation, and maintain records for audit readiness.
• Follow up with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Prepare and share daily accounting reports and financial summaries with management.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information.
