Hello! 
WE are Good Vibes. We are a small start-up bakery and kitchen making whole-wheat sourdough breads, cookies, snacks, dips and whatever else we can come up with. 
Our principles are of ‘offering’ to everyone good simple food which is free from additives and preservatives and easy for the body to digest. Food that is good for our own families and kids. Food that makes anyone happy. 
In short, we give Good Vibes! 😃
Since we spread happiness, our way of working is a bit different! 
We’re looking not for employees but for team members who can share our vision and believe in our values. Firstly, the value of giving. Giving themselves 100%. Which means, those who are not only thinking what they can get from this job, but also what they can give. 
Ones who will use the skills they already have and willing to learn what they don’t, keeping a beginner’s mind.

• Make systems and structure for everyone to follow (e.g. for hygienic practices)
• Reporting production, sales, and expense accounts daily and make sales and inventory report monthly
• Handling POS software (Manage incoming orders)
• Keep track of inventory and purchase (also help in doing local Purchases and Deliveries)
• Manage retail sales and supply of baked goods to the stores
• Interacting with customers on Phone/ WhatsApp/ Walk in

हम हैं Good Vibes, एक छोटा स्टार्ट-अप किचन जिसमें Sourdough ब्रेड, कुकीज, पौष्टिक स्नैक्स, डिप्स और रोज कुछ नया बनाया जाता है।
हमारा मिशन सभी को सरल लेकिन स्वादिष्ट खाना देना है जो कृत्रिम सामान से मुक्त है और शरीर के लिए पचाने में आसान है। खाना जो हमारे अपने परिवार और बच्चों के लिए अच्छा हो। खाना जो किसी को भी खुश कर दे। थोड़े शब्दों में, हम good vibes (अच्छी भावनाएं) देते हैं! 

हमारे काम करने के तरीके कुछ अलग है। चूंकि हम ख़ुशी बाँटते हैं, यह ज़रूरी हैं कि हमारी टीम भी खुश मिज़ाज़ रहे।
हम मुलाजिम नहीं, लेकिन टीम के सदस्य चाहियें जो हमारे दृष्टिकोण को समझ सकते हैं और हमारे मूल्यों में विश्वास कर सकते हैं। जो अपना 100% दे सकते हैं। यानी जो लोग न केवल यह सोच रहे हैं कि उन्हें इस नौकरी से क्या मिल सकता है बल्कि यह भी कि वे क्या योगदान दे सकते हैं।
जो अपनी मौजूद काबिलियत का इस्तेमाल करें और और नयी कुशलताएं सीखने के इच्छुक हों ।

सबसे बढ़कर, जो एक टीम के साथ काम कर सकते हैं और जरूरत पड़ने पर उसका नेतृत्व भी कर सकते हैं।
