Job Title: Head Barista

Location: Gusto – Gelato and Coffee Bar

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our café. The ideal candidate should have strong coffee knowledge, hands-on brewing skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per the menu

• Brew speciality coffee, including manual brews

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality

• Basic kitchen knowledge to assist with simple preparations

• Clean and maintain the coffee station, equipment, and utensils

• Handle service-related cleaning responsibly

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a barista (head barista experience preferred)

• Knowledge of speciality coffee and manual brewing methods

• Willingness to multitask and take ownership of the coffee station

• Good work ethic and attention to cleanliness

Salary: As per experience
