Barista

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at Caffe Sicily. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and café menu items with consistency

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation, coffee machine and café area

• Take customer orders, provide menu recommendations and ensure a good guest experience

• Handle billing and cash/card transactions accurately

• Assist in inventory management and stocking items

• Follow café standards, SOPs and safety guidelines

• Support team members during busy hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–12 months barista or café experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation

• Good communication and hospitality skills

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (morning, mid or evening)

• Team player with a positive attitude
