Barista

Job Summary:

A Barista prepares and serves coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing friendly and efficient customer service. Baristas maintain a clean workspace, handle payments, and ensure customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and answer menu questions
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely
• Handle cash and card transactions
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service
• Work as part of a team during busy hours
