Role OverviewBDE Goa will be responsible for daily hotel-to-hotel visits, collecting B2B room rates, building relationships with hotel management, and pitching Staycot hotel management software to hotel owners and managers.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities🏨 Hotel Visits & B2B PricingDaily visit 15–20 hotels in assigned area
• Collect B2B room rates, meal plans, and policies
• Maintain updated hotel pricing database
• Build long-term relationships with hotel owners / managers
• 💻 Staycot Software PitchingExplain Staycot PMS features & benefits
• Pitch 15 Days Free Trial to hotels
• Generate software demo / installation leads
• Coordinate with internal team for demo & onboarding
• 📊 Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily visit & call report (Google Sheet)
• Update hotels added on company website
• Share daily summary with reporting manager
• Follow up with interested hotels
• 🎯 Daily Targets15–20 hotel visits
• Minimum 5–7 quality Staycot pitches/day
• B2B price collection from active hotels
• Minimum 2–3 interested software leads/day
• 🧠 Required SkillsGood communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of hotels / travel industry (preferred)
• Ability to explain software in simple language
• Comfortable with Google Sheets / WhatsApp reporting
• 🎓 EligibilityGraduate / Diploma / Any education
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in hotel sales / travel / SaaS sales is a plus
