Call Center Manager:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing call centers or customer service operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of quality standards and compliance

Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage, train, and motivate the team of supervisors and agents
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Budget management and resource planning
