Call Center Manager:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing call centers or customer service operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of quality standards and compliance
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage, train, and motivate the team of supervisors and agents
- Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
