Job Description — Call Centre Executive (Telecalling / Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads as per daily calling targets

• Follow the approved sales / follow-up script shared by the Call Centre Manager

• Explain company services clearly and professionally to customers

• Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, urgency, and decision-making status

• Share brochures, product details, or links on WhatsApp when required
• 
  
• Update all call outcomes accurately in CRM / Google Sheets
• 
  
• Mark lead status correctly (Hot / Warm / Cold / Follow-up / Not Interested)
• 
  
• Schedule and confirm next follow-up calls as per customer preference
• 
  
• Coordinate with field sales team for site visits, demos, or closures
• 
  
• Escalate pricing, technical, or senior-level queries to the Call Centre Manager
• 
  
• Ensure polite communication, proper call etiquette, and customer satisfaction
• 
  
• Meet individual daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions
