Carpenter

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our construction team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and finishing various structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential or commercial carpentry and be able to work independently or as part of a crew to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials based on project specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
• Build and repair structures such as frameworks, partitions, floors, door frames, and cabinetry.
• Install doors, windows, hardware, and molding.
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Ensure work complies with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, supervisors, and other tradespeople on-site.
