Job Title: Commis (1/2/3) - Continental

Location: Goa

Salary (In-hand): ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year in a similar role/industry

Job Type: Full-time

Relocation: Open to Pan India candidates willing to relocate to Goa

• Job Responsibilities: Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Assist in basic prep work (vegetable cutting, sauces, stocks)
• Follow recipes and instructions from Commis II / CDP
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Follow food safety & hygiene standards
• Help in storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Candidate Requirements: 0–1 year kitchen experience / freshers can be considered
• Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene
• Willingness to relocate to Goa
