Salary: Full Time between 16000 to 20000 with 5000 incentive

Min Experience: minimum 6 months

Education: Minimum 12th

Store Location: North Goa, Goa. 

Job Summary:

The main Job Profile is Sales of Merchandise in store to walk in Customers. The candidate should be excellent in sales & client interaction. 

Primary Responsibility –

• Sales – Working on monthly sales targets
• Should be well versed with all the items in store their prices, material & benefits.
• Operating Computer is a must, needs to savvy with Excel & update daily sales & purchase of Inventory in our existing software.
• Tally account of daily sales & petty cash expenses

Secondary Responsibility –

• Ensuring cleanliness once a days & upkeep of merchandise in the store. 
• Keeping track of Inventory by maintaining minimum stock & reporting shortfall of the same to Sr management on timely basis.
• Should be fluent & efficient in misc administration functions
• Coordinating with delivery boys & office peons
• Should be extremely well versed with internet research & be resourceful in fulfilling office requirement as & when requested by management. 
• Coordinate with Outdoor Sales team if required.
• Sending of Daily Report to Sr. Management

Personal Profile:

• Should have excellent communication skills with a strong command over English.
• A keen desire to learn on the job. Should be a self starter & eager to solve challenging issues without being advised or guided.
• Must possess strong negotiation skills. 
• Computer & technology savvy.
• A commitment to work for 2 years with the organization with a probation period of 3 month.
