Field Executive

We are a fast-growing travel agency in Goa offering end-to-end local services including tours, activities, custom packages. We work closely with hotels, travel agents, corporates, and activity partners to deliver high-quality services. We are hiring dynamic B2B Field Sales Executives to expand our partner network and strengthen our presence across Goa.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new B2B partners including hotels, travel agents, corporates, and activity vendors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent business flow
• Conduct regular field visits to partner locations across Goa
• Promote and upsell our local services, packages, and transport solutions
• Negotiate pricing, commissions, and partnership terms
• Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer needs
• Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal operations team
• Prepare daily field reports, visit logs, and sales updates
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions

Key Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
• Fresher/ experience in B2B sales (Travel/Tourism/Hospitality sector preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Goa’s geography, tourist areas, and business hubs
• Willingness to travel extensively within Goa
• Ability to build quick rapport with businesses
• Smartphone and familiarity with basic apps (WhatsApp, Maps, Excel, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
