Field Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Field officer to lead our ground team in Calangute, Mapusa, aldona, Siolim and Saligao while actively participating in field operations. This is a working leadership role — you will manage the Door to door of healthcards, handle daily office coordination, and also work on the ground alongside. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, good at people management, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
